Description
RESINGUM is a composite system for the protection of concrete structures certified according to the UNI EN 1504-2 standard. It is made of solvent-free, water-based acrylonitrile-polyurethane resins with a specific weight of glass fiber interlayer and is designed to be left exposed.
USES
It is applied on terraces, roof terraces and external walls, usable on horizontal, vertical and oblique external surfaces in order to make them waterproof.
SUPPORTS
Application to floors can be performed without demolishing the existing substrate and on materials such as stoneware, marble chip bricks, ceramic, concrete, sheathing, and corrugated sheet metal. It is recommended to prepare the substrates as indicated in the product data sheet.
HOW TO USE
Substrate preparation;
Preparation of the primer (Resingum 1 plus water in a 1:4 ratio) and its application using a roller and/or brush;
Laying down a layer of fiberglass fabric;
Impregnation of the fabric by applying a layer of Resingum 1, using a roller and/or brush;
Finishing, by applying two layers of Resingum 1 BIS using a roller and/or brush, with a drying period of approximately 12 hours between each layer (RH 50±5%).

Resingum 1 buckets of 4 and 14 litres; Resingum 1 BIS 4 and 14 liter buckets; MATT300 fiberglass fabric rolls.

RESINGUM 1: 0.5 kg/m2 (0.70 l/m2)
RESINGUM 1 BIS: 0.7 kg/m2 (0.47 l/m2)
