ISOLRESINE liquid cementitious waterproofing system
CEMINSOL Certified cementitious waterproofing
tileable
CEMINSOL is a composite waterproofing system for concrete surfaces, certified according to the UNI EN 14891 standard, for subsequent installation of floors or coverings under ceramic tiling, glued with an adhesive compliant with the EN 12004 standard. It is made of solvent-free, water-based acrylate-polyurethane resins mixed with cement and interposed with glass fabric of a specific weight and is designed to be paved.
USES
It can be applied to terraces, flat roofs, external walls, tubs, flower boxes, gutters and can be used on horizontal, vertical and oblique external surfaces to make them waterproof.
SUPPORTS
Application to floors can be performed without demolishing the existing substrate and on materials such as stoneware, marble chip bricks, ceramic, concrete, sheathing, and corrugated sheet metal. It is recommended to prepare the substrates as indicated in the product data sheet.
HOW TO USE
1/ Preparation of the substrate;
2/ Preparation of the resin (Ceminsol plus cement in a ratio of 1:0.3);
3/ Preparation of the primer (Ceminsol plus water in a 1:4 ratio) and its application using a roller and/or brush;
4/ Laying down a layer of fiberglass fabric;
5/ Impregnation of the fabric with a coat of resin, already premixed with cement, using a roller and/or brush;
6/ Finishing, with two coats of resin, already premixed with cement, using a roller and/or brush, separated by a drying period of approximately 24 hours (RH 50±5%).
7/ Lay the new flooring 7 days after application, using an adhesive compliant with the EN 12004 standard.
